1989 WINNEBAGO CLASS A 31FT. Only 60,175 miles! 2 A/C's, 1 Awning, SLEEPS 6!! Water Capacity 71-80 gallons, I bought this 2 years ago..I don't want to tell you what I paid for it. Anyway, before I purchased it I studied RV's for 2 years to find the one with everything I wanted in it. This has a rear bedroom (Queen Size) thats not right next to the toilet. It has a HUGE shower and the potty across the hallway...nice...and private from both bedroom and kitchen. Sleeps 6 or 4 adults in comfort. Kitchen is well equipted with a micro/convection oven, a gas oven also that looks like it's never been used. Central heat and 2 air conditioners front and rear.Emerald 3 Gen Set generator with 253 hours on it, starts and runs fine. Also has Hydralic levelers, to level the RV when your parked,...fine option. Drivers side door, another nice option, lets you get in and out with ease. This is the full basement model with pass through openings to hold those long items like fishing poles we don't want to break down. The tires on this are like new..check the pic's.NO LEAKS INSIDE THE RV!
