1998 Coachmen 16Ft Pop Up 1 Awning, Leveling Jacks Included, SLEEPS 6! Water Capacity 11-20 Gallons, This trailer sleeps 6 easily (1 King, 1 Queen and 1 Full bed (table folded down). Privacy curtains for both end beds. The 3-burner propane stove can be used inside the trailer for cooking as well as hooked on the outside of the trailer (see photo). Also included is a fire extinguisher. Water can be used with the electric water pump from water holding tank (I believe holds 10 gallons but can't locate specs) or water can be attached to a city water supply. Refrigerator can be powered by hook-up, 12V battery or from propane. Tent is raised and lowered easily by use of a hand crank. There is one (1) drawer for silverware, 4 storage cupboards. There are also two (2) additional storage compartments under dinette bench seats. And additional storage when trailer is folded down for travel. An adpater for standard 110 hookup is included. Spare tire in excellent condition is included and mounted on the rear of the trailer...
